Today I'd like to discuss a very simple equation with you.

F = (M +O) / 2

That's it. Except F= Finance, M=Marketing and O=Operations.

Now I'd like you to score yourself out of 10, with 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest score on how good or bad you are at managing each. I can bet I know which one will have the highest score!
I bet that F is equal to the average of the other two too, or thereabouts.

Here is a jargon free definition of each:
F = how good are you at making money
M = how good are you at pulling in the clients
O = how good are you at your job

Now in order for you to increase the F, what do you have to do to improve your score?

Welcome to our newsletter. I'd like to dedicate the first page of our newsletter to explain who we are and what exactly it is that we do.

Virtual PA 4 U was founded 2 years ago (formerly known as RWF Consultancy) and like so many small businesses I started with a business plan and it changed and so did my company name.

I am an experienced Secretary (or Personal Assistant and/or Office Administrator), events manager and B2B networking promoter. I am also a multi-tasker and 44 years old.

Like other entrepreuners before me and no doubt after me, I didn't attend University (or "go all the way") instead I started working weekends at the age of 15 then after school attended colleges and further eduction. I started full-time employment when I was 18 years old and so I have MANY years' experience of working in offices.

My life outside of work and my hobbies?

I am married to David and we live in Lincolnshire with our 8 cats and a dog. As any SME knows, spare time is hard to come by, but during mine I like fine dining, drinking good wine and walking, I also love holidays in Italy.
